GENERAL SANTOS CITY (MindaNews/4 Feb) – The city government here has collected some P69 million from business taxes and other related payments during the four-week operations of its one-stop action center for business renewal and registration in the city.

DAVAO CITY (MindaNews/13 May) -- Bukidnon topped 25 other provinces in Mindanao to have the highest income earned from local revenues in 2007 with P1.295 billion in gross income, making it also the country’s tenth biggest.

TAGUM CITY (MindaNews/01 June)– After three years of implementation of the solid waste management program, the city government’s spending for garbage collection is now P3 million less than its P17 million annual budget.
