Part 3

QUEZON CITY (MindaNews/09 January) -- What happened in Maguindanao was just one of the glaring manifestations of a worsening contradiction in our community where 57 people were killed mercilessly by political family, a supposed un-ideological entity.

Muqaddimah…

We just enter a new year – amun jadeed – in the Muslim world today. You must have noticed the rather simple, down-to-earth appreciation of Muslims on amun jadeed.  No fireworks, no commercial advertisements from big companies. In fact, if some of our friends did not circulate greetings about amun jadeed, we would probably not know it.
