DAVAO, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 – Phase One of Felcris Centrale, the newest hub for urban Davao, is about to open. This new development project from Felcris Hotels & Resorts Corporation brings together the finest in lifestyle, business and leisure in one location.

As a lifestyle and business center, the development Felcris Centrale will become the new hub of the Davao Central Business District.

The initial phase begins with the opening of a new Felcris Superstore. The new Superstore combines a department store, a coffee shop, a supermarket, a bakery, a wet market, and a delicatessen. It will be an experience on its own.

The spirit of Davao, relaxed and jovial, will not be lost in this modern structure with a string of restaurants and bars that offer both traditional and novel treats, al fresco. Phase One also meets the growing demand for commercial office space, providing 10 storeys of premium office units to help attract the migration of businesses to Mindanao’s gateway city.

Well-known for their constantly expanding retail business, brothers Felipe and Cris Yap will realize their dream as they continue to develop Felcris Centrale into Davao’s Financial Center. In its second phase, the development will change the cityscape with the construction of the city’s tallest towers. The three 38-storey towers will house high-end condominium units. Phase Two also promises convention halls, fitness and wellness centers and retail establishments, complete with a splendid view of Samal Island, Mt. Apo, and the picturesque Davao skyline.

With Felcris Centrale’s first phase set to open to the public on the 18th February with “Mercado de Centrale”, a 5 day extravaganza of events, it is the hippest place to be and the best place to invest in.

Felcris Centrale will play a significant role in both the growth of Davao City and ultimately in the development of a much more prosperous Mindanao both now and in the coming years. (PR)
