Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio formally opens the 27th Kadayawan Festival on Friday, August 4 at the People’s Park in Davao City. Kadayawan is a thanksgiving festival for a bountiful harvest and a celebration of a rich culture. The festival will run until the end of the month.
