Firefighters try to put out a fire at the junction of Lizada St. and Ramon Magsaysay Ave. in Davao City Tuesday (21 Feb 2017). Firemen said the blaze began at 4 a.m. at a boarding house behind the building where a cellphone charger was left unattended. By noon, or over six hours later, the firemen were still hosing down an establishment in the building selling helmets and motorcycle tires. MindaNews photo by Gigi Bueno
