FROM MINDANAO TO MALACANANG. Peace advocates from Mindanao left Cotabato City Friday morning for the three-day caravan to Manila, dubbed “Lakbayan Para sa Kapayapaan” in support of the signing of the GPH-MILF Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro Monday afternoon in Malacanang.
