The House on Calle Seminario and Other Stories is being published under the guild’s Tubao Series.
Launch will be 3 p.m. on Feb. 17 at the Emma Noreen Hall, Brokenshire Resource Center, Madapo Hill, Davao City.
The book puts together six stories with five Gothic tales and four essays. One story in the collection, “Lunch with Victoria,” won third place in the 1996 Panorama short fiction competition.
Aside from being a writer, Tejada is an actress, scriptwriter, and director. This is her first book.
The guild has already published three other books: Sky Rose and Other Stories by Macario D. Tiu in 2003, Qontrapuntal by Don Pagusara also in 2003, and Frankie Goes to Town by Jo Bacani Angeles in 2005.
Another book of fiction by Satur Apoyon is now being readied for publication.
