Mindanao Law Journal launched August 30

The Mindanao Law Journal is a joint publication of the Ateneo de Davao University’s Research and Publication Office and the College of Law.

The journal’s  first issue features Chief Justice Reynato Puno among the writers (“Our Right to Vote: A Century After”).

The other contributors are Zainudin Malang on “Economic Integration in the Asian Region: Harmonization of Laws:” former Human Rights commissioner Abelardo Aportaders on “Corruption and Poverty;” former Judge Adoraction Cruz-Avisado on “Responding to the Call for Restorative Justice” and “Gender Law and Transformative Justice;” Gil de la Banda on “Supreme Contradictions;” Charmian K. Gloria on “Who needs Divorce in the Philippines?”  Rodolfo Elman on “A proposal on Judicial Reform in the Philippines;”  and Pilariza Racho-Baldovino and Rollie Dumalag on “Corporate Rehabilitation: Bayanihan Perspective.” (MindaNews)
