All these cases filed at the Fourth Municipal Circuit Trial Court in Palembang town have no bail bond recommended.
Records from the police showed that Commander Epek’s group is responsible for a series of robberies and holdups in the towns of Palembang, Lebak, and Sen. Ninoy Aquino.
The police also said that Commander Epek has links with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) operating in the area.
The surrender of Epek was witnessed by Army officials and Sultan Kudarat Gov. Pax Mangudadatu.
