the suspect as Blas Gabao, 36, of Barangay Inac, Magpet.

notified the police.

arrest warrant to him. He even voluntarily went with us back to Magpet,” the
police officer said.
Police investigators said Gabao was charged with three counts of rape at the
MTC in Magpet for allegedly raping a woman in Barangay Inac sometime in
Pillo said the woman claimed that the suspect raped her three times while
she was alone inside their nipa hut in Inac.
The woman reportedly refused at first to tell the incident to his husband
because of fear. In her affidavit she said the suspect threatened to kill
her if she told anybody about the incident.
Gabao is temporarily detained in Magpet PNP detention cell while waiting for
his transfer to the provincial jail.
