54 Maguindanao villages receive solar electric project

USAID Mission Director Jon Lindborg and Amore chief Tetchie Cruz-Capellan turned over the project to grateful representatives of the 54 barangays and local officials of Maguindanao last Friday in Barangay Linandangan, Pagalungan town.

National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) Secretary Romulo Neri and
Governor Datu Andal Ampatuan witnessed the turnover of the project which uses the photovoltaic system.

Amore has  set up similar projects in the former conflict-torn areas and other far flung barangays all over Mindanao.
