Injured were Elmer Antolin, owner of the machine shop, and his employee identified as Beliseo Mangantang.
The shop is near the municipal hall.
Antolin was hit in both legs, while Mangantang was hit in the back. They were rushed to the Kabacan Medical Specialist Hospital.
Police Officer 2 Randy Lagude of Kabacan said personal grudge was the likely motive of the incident.
