Governor Jesus Sacdalan, Mindanao Press Corps, Integrated Provincial Health Office, Cotabato Provincial Health Office, Philippine Army and the local government units are the main sponsors of the activity.
Mindanao Press Corps president Vivien Dumingsil said the activity will cover the province's 17 towns and this city.
Most of the beneficiaries will come from the impoverished villages including the far-flung indigenous peoples' communities of Magpet, Matalam, Arakan, Antipas and Makilala.
Beneficiaries are also expected from the towns of Mlang, Midsayap, Kabacan, Carmen, Banisilan, Pigcawayan, Alamada and Tulunan.
Dumingsil said the towns will be clustered and the activity will be done in the municipal health offices and gymnasiums to accommodate all beneficiaries.
She added all patients will be given fresh cow's milk.
This is the first ever activity spearheaded by the MPC following its establishment in 2006.
