Malacanang: “we accept and respect Malaysia’s decision”

DAVAO CITY (MindaNews/27 April) – The Philippine government expressed its appreciation for Malaysia’s help in the peace process and says it ”respects and accepts their latest decision,” Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process said in a press statement issued by his office.

Malaysia on Thursday announced a phased withdrawal of its contingent from the International Monitoring Team (IMT) in Mindanao, starting May.



40 years after Jabidah, Moro struggle continues
