President O’Neill and the members of your entourage, welcome to this bilateral meeting and again we hope to discuss with you openly this time with the public and with your officials the things that would affect our country now and in the future.
It must be remembered that we extended our invitation to visit my country in Da Nang and that was during the APEC and you are so gracious enough to accept the invitation.
We look forward to discuss several matters about — what would be of mutual interest to our country. And we would like to bring it to a higher level of cooperation.
