TIME WARP? Residents of Scorpio and Earth streets in GSIS Village, Matina, Davao City woke up Tuesday morning, July 20, to find this hated remnant of the past administration — a billboard of “Pangulong Gloria” announcing a road rehabilition, “thru the initiative of House Speaker Prospero C. Nograles & Atty. Karlo B. Nograles” installed at the corner. Greg Likit, project engineer of Algon Engineering Construction Corporation, denied they put up the billboard.
