Inmates of the Maguindanao provincial jail on Pedro Colina Hill in Cotabato City are brought out of their cells as a composite team from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Philippine National Police and the Philippine Army in Maguindanao conducted “Oplan Greyhound” early Friday morning, 14 June 2019, amid reports of rampant drug use inside prison cells. Oplan Greyhound is an anti-illegal drugs and anti-contraband campaign conducted to prevent the entry, use and movement of contraband within jail premises to protect the public, employees and inmates.
