Cat Population Control

As students of Xavier University in Cagayan de Oro City abandoned the campus to go online to be safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, the cats took over. Their burgeoning population alarmed university officials, and hurriedly set up a team to neuter the cats. [Read story]
