Despite the explosions that rocked three municipalities of Lanao del Norte the day before the February 6 plebiscite, voters still trooped to the polling places in large numbers. The province voted on the proposal to include 6 of its 22 municipalities in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.

MindaNews’s Froilan Gallardo and Bobby Timonera drove around Lanao del Norte to capture the largely peaceful electoral exercise.
