Kids boating in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte

Children paddle their way to visit the new Marine Eco-Tourism Park in Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, where a 29-hectare park, which include a fish sanctuary, is now being protected for fish and other marine life to fluorish. A number of people visit the park on weekends, like last Saturday (July 16, 2011). It is situated near the port area, wich served as the residents' staging point during mass evacuations during the government's war with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front in March 2000 and in August 2008.
