CDO’s Mayor Jaraula orders special traffic scheme for 2-day holidays

Jaraula issued Executive Order No. 45, mandating a special traffic scheme on all roads that lead to Bolonsiri and Bulua public cemeteries, Divine Shepherd Memorial Gardens, Oro Gardens Memorial Park and the Chinese Cemetery effective tomorrow, until Friday.

For roads leading to the Bolonsiri Public Cemetery, Jaraula ordered a No-Entry for all types of vehicles including trisikads along Bolonsiri Road leading to the cemetery, starting from Camaman-an-Bolonsiri Road junction, except for a few service vehicles owned by residents living along the area.

A one-way traffic will also be enforced for all types of vehicles passing Camaman-an Road, from Santiago Hayes St. to Bolonsiri crossing and on all roads leading towards the junction of Carmelite Church.

All motor vehicles, except trucks  are advised to follow a one-side parallel parking  along Camaman-an Road left side facing South from Hayes St. up to Bontong Road area, including all roads declared as one-way traffic.

There will be no loading and unloading of passengers for all types of vehicles on the approach of Camaman-an-Bolonsiri Road junction, twenty meters from the junction while the loading and unloading area will be along the right-side portion of the road, right after the twenty meters setback from the junction of Camaman-an-Bolonsiri Road.

For public utility vehicles, loading and unloading of multicab passengers shall be along the left side of Camaman-an Road facing south, right after the 20-meter No Parking area and only three units of Multicab are allowed to park per alley, while the reserved units shall be parked at a private area.

For motorela units, the designated loading area shall be along the Bontong Road, right after the 20-meters No Parking area, right side facing North from Camaman-an-Bolonsiri Junction, while the unloading area is at the opposite side of the loading area. A second loading and unloading area is also situated at a portion of Bontong Road leading to Del Puerto Road.

For roads leading to Bulua Public Cemetery and Greenhills Memorial Park, a one-way traffic is enforced for all types of vehicles passing Macapagal Drive, from Bulua National Highway up to Greenhills Memorial Park entrance including Phoenix Road of Terry Hills Subdivision and likewise declaring that the road leading to Terry Hills Subdivision shall be the exit route for all vehicles coming from the cemetery down to Apovel Subdivision towards barangay Patag.

There will be no entry for public utility vehicles from other routes excluding taxi units in passing Macapagal Drive from the National Highway leading towards Bulua Public Cemetery and Greenhills Memorial Park entrances, except for PUJ with approved franchise plying Scions Subdivision, Mindanao Homes, Soldier’s Hill and Canitoan-Pagatpat area.

There will be a one-side parallel parking for all types of vehicles except trucks along Macapagal Drive 50 meters from the Bulua National Highway up to Bulua Public Cemetery and Greenhills Memorial Park areas.

All public utility vehicles are not allowed alley 100 meters away from both entrances of Bulua Public Cemetery and Greenhills Memorial Park, respectively.

There will also be no parking for all motor vehicles on both sides of the road  50 meters from the entrance going to the Divine Shepherd Memorial Gardens, Oro Gardens Memorial Park and the Chinese Cemetery.

In his executive order, Jaraula also exempted the following service vehicles from the No Entry regulation: City Chief Executive, PNP and RTA Mobile Patrol and marked vehicles, Oro ALERT ambulance, hospital ambulance, fire trucks, military vehicles, parish priest service vehicle, and Media marked vehicles.
