Prior to the scheduled examination, interested applicants are required to register at the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Personnel G1, Camp Panacan, Davao City on October 28-30, 2007 and must bring the following requirements:

(a) Birth Certificate (NSO),

(b) Transcript of Records for College Graduates and College Level,

(c) Form 137 for High School Graduates and

(d) 2×2 ID picture.

Applicants must possess the following qualification upon registration:

(1) natural born Filipino citizen,

(2) must be 18-22 years old,

(3) good moral character,

(4) physically and mentally fit,

(5) 5 feet 4 inches in height,

(6) college graduate, college level with 72 units earned, or high school graduate with technical skills and

(7) single and without paternal obligation.

Meanwhile, for those who have already passed the AFPATB Examination, the 10th Infantry Division will begin the processing to all interested applicants for Candidate Soldier Course on November 3-6, 2007 at the Office of AC of S for Personnel G1 for the calendar year 2008 enlistment quota.

Applicants must bring the following documentary requirements (original copy) in long folder with tabbing:

(a) Whole Body Picture (3R size),

(b) Resume with 2×2 ID picture,

(c) Birth Certificate from NSO,

(d) Marriage Contract of Parents,

(e) Diploma/Transcript of Records/HS form 137,

(f) AFPATB Examination Result,

(g) Barangay Clearance,

(h) Police Clearance,

(i) Mayor's Clearance,

(j) Fiscal Clearance,

(k) Regional Trial Court Clearance

(l) NBI Clearance, and

(m)  Affidavit of Singleness from two disinterested person.

The selected applicants will not only serve as protectors of the country's sovereignty but will also perform multifarious tasks depending on their skills or fields of specialization.
