With the theme, “Human Discipline, Peace and Social Progress through Sports,” the activity will commence with a parade of ARMM officials and employees around ORC premise followed by a cultural presentation to be organized by the Bureau of Cultural Heritage (BCH).

RSCO Coordinator Vincent Ostique, agitated on the forthcoming activity, said, “We are in our 3rd year in staging sports festival since the start of Gov. Datu Zaldy Uy Ampatuan’s administration. We’re doing this to further develop and nurture self-discipline, sportsmanship and camaraderie among employees of the autonomous region.”

Sports enthusiasts will have variety of game choices: Ball games (basketball, bowling, badminton, volleyball, lawn and table tennis), mind games (scrabble, chess) and other sports (shooting, dart).

“This will be a good venue for sports buffs in the ARMM to show their skills and abilities. I’m sure everybody will have fun,” Ostique exclaimed.

Meanwhile, Gov. Ampatuan shares congratulations to the officials and staff of RSCO in initiating noteworthy activities to sustain solidarity among executives and employees.

“I am in high spirits to glimpse that all departments in the autonomous region are working for the superb celebration of ARMM’s 18th year. (ARMM Bureau of Public Information)
