COTABATO CITY (MindaNews/ 31 December) – At least eight persons were wounded when an improvised explosive device went off outside South Seas Mall on Don Rufino Alonzo Street (formerly Magallanes Street) in Cotabato City at 1:59pm on Monday.
The wounded victims were identified as:
Bai Sandra Ayunan, 16, of Sagingan, Kalanganan, Cotabato City;
Kutin Sedik, 65, of Marquez MB, Poblacion, Cotabato City;
Hamida Solaiman, 21, of Sultan Kudarat, Maguindanao;
Joey Api, 31, of Poblacion 2, Cotabato City;
Aida Dalandag, 58, of Poblacion 1, Cotabato City;
Marissa Torres, 49, Penafrancia RH11, Cotabato City;
Tarhata Biruar, 43, of Sagingan, Kalanganan, Cotabato City; and
Norlyn Biruar, 4.
