DAVAO CITY (MindaNews / 19 Nov) — Residents jolted by Monday night’s Magnitude 5.9 earthquake were shaken anew by a Magnitude 4.2 earthquake at 3 p.m. Tuesday, with epicenter located west of Lupon in Davao Oriental.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said the quake registered Intensity 3 in Davao City with instrumental intensity at 2 in Davao City and 1 in Kidapawan City.
No damages or aftershocks were to be expected, according to Phivolcs.
A Magnitude 5.9 quake occurred at 9:22 p.m. on Monday with epicenter between Don Carlos and Kadingilan towns in Bukidnon. (MindaNews)
