Indulge in international flavors in Seda Abreeza

DAVAO CITY – The Seda Chef Exchange Program brings in another premier chef this June to feature international dishes – Seda BGC’s Executive Chef Romualdo “Pepe” Castillo.

After a successful “Japanese Food Festival” with Seda Nuvali’s Chef Danny Gallardo last May, Seda Abreeza is once again featuring another chef, this time from the hotel chain’s flagship property – Seda Bonifacio Global City. Executive Chef Romualdo “Pepe” Castillo brings “International Flavors” to Davao from June 22-27, 2015.

“International Flavors” will present dishes as Osso bucco lamb shanks, Angus beef ribs, grilled cedar plank salmon, baked New Zealand mussel, Norwegian salmon skewer, and many other main courses. Its wide variety covers everything from soups to desserts.

The week-long food showcase includes set lunch and dinner, a la carte items, and an international dinner buffet. Set lunch and dinner meals are available at Php 780 nett. These are comprised of specifically picked blends of soup, main course, and dessert that will sure satisfy the guests. A la carte items are also available starting at Php 380 nett.

Come June 26, 2015, more flavors of the world are offered as an International Dinner Buffet shall commence in the hotel Misto, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The buffet is available at Php 980 nett for adults and Php 680 nett for kids. Chef Pepe has prepared a wide-ranging menu, not compromising any of the dishes.

According to him, “The key is precise timing, plus the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. This is how we give our dishes that personal touch. We stay true to the original recipe, then leave our own imprint by modifying its appearance to enhance its aesthetic appeal.”

The dinner buffet will also feature live entertainment for guests to enjoy. After Chef Pepe’s visit to Davao, Seda Abreeza’s very own Sous Chef Giovanna “Bang” Flores is set to fly to Seda Centrio to do French food fest.
